Going through a carefully crafted warm-up protocol specifically designed to prepare you for climbing. This protocol encompasses injury prevention, mobility enhancement, and strength gains, ensuring that you are optimally primed for your climbing session.
Performing an assessment of your climbing to identify your current strengths and weaknesses
Introducing you to essential techniques and drills that focus on amplifying the foundational aspects of your climbing. These exercises and tips will ensure you have a solid base to build. Additionally, I will provide guidance, tips, and drills you can implement into your routine to continue improving as a climber.
Working on your climbing projects. This will involve analyzing the routes or problems you're working on, identifying key challenges, and developing strategies to overcome them. We'll explore different techniques, refine your climbing skills, and implement effective tactics to make progress on your projects.
