What’s Included?

In-Person Initial Strength/Climbing Assessment

This comprehensive, 90-minute initial assessment allows me to better understand your current strengths and weaknesses (physical and technical) and how to tailor the customized training plan to maximize your gains. After the assessment, you will receive a report and overview of your results and the training plan.

Based on the initial assessment, an individualized training plan is customized to your strengths and weaknesses. Training is a dynamic process, and a huge part of training is experimentation, so every week, we will discuss your progress and how we should proceed in the following weeks of training. Achieving big goals takes energy and focus, but we should still be enjoying ourselves in the process. I am committed to providing training that is not only effective but fun as well.

Individualized Training Plan

As your coach, I want to support you as much as possible throughout your journey. You message me anytime, and I will respond within 24 hours. I see the value in building a solid client-coach relationship which will contribute to you achieving your goals. I check in weekly to see how you are doing, assess your progress, address any challenges, and adjust your training plan. I can also help with movement analysis so you can be as efficient a climber as possible.
